Those ever-tolerant leftists

First on the line up today is this story about the Kerry supporters ripping a Bush sign from a 3 year-old's hands. I guess they had trouble debating her with their ideas and decided it would be better jsut to make her conform.

Next is a story (via Drudge) about a Kerry supporter who "got a little animated" on a flight when discussin his political views.
Officials said Husar, a supporter of Sen. John Kerry, was engaged in a discussion on the upcoming presidential election with a woman seated next to him - a President George W. Bush supporter - when she became turned off by his belligerent attitude and complained to the flight staff. The woman also did not like that Husar would touch her leg and shoulder when he spoke to her, authorities said. Corona said Husar had "had a few drinks."

(The whole story)

Yes, I would love to talk about the issues. When will JFK start telling us his views? When asked the other day on a talk show what he would have done differently in the Iraq war, he said (paraphrasing) "Bush needs to tell us his plan to bring our kids home!"

The other story that shouldn't die

Regulars of Powerline will remember the little storm they started before Rathergate with the A.P. For the original installment, look here. The latest update is here.

Folks, we cannot let this one die. The old media is beginning to get the picture that they have more than one fact-checker now, and we cannot let them forget it.

Polite, but form, emails about such activity can be sent to info@ap.org.

Ooops

Hardy, Har Har. (via Drudge)

Democratic presidential nominee Sen. John Kerry laughs as he is mistakenly introduced as 'John Kennedy' at a campaign stop at Anoka Technical College in Anoka, Minnesota, August 26, 2004

Man, This guy's a thousand laughs.

Promises, Promises

From (BMEWS)

And so it's not hard to imagine that on November 3rd, if the election can be called by then, there might be a sort of grim mass exodus from this sad planet should Bush pull this election out. My generation may be particularly vulnerable to the urge to lay back in a warm bath and open up their veins as chants of "Four More Years" echo horribly from every 24 hour cable news station.

RatherGate

Allah is all over this, of course. Drudge is now reporting that the update from CBS will be at 5:00. Uh-huh. I bet it is after the evening news when we hear the first peep.

Maybe Dan will retire tonight! That is the Geek's Guess

Welcome

Welcome to Geeks Enraged.

This political season is beginning to grate on our nerves and we have to join the brigade of right-thinking loyalists to the VRWC.
  • We will defeat JFK and his minions on the left.
  • We will honor the President and the soldiers fighting under him
  • We will shine the light of truth on leftist skullduggary
  • We will hopefully entertain you along the way
